Despite this, he forged ahead with determination and self-accumulated experience. He has never been formally trained in roasting or brewing at any institution. Every step was the result of hands-on experimentation, learning from a coffee seedling just 30 centimeters tall until it grew into a mature tree yielding quality beans. . The hallmark of Wang Nam Khiao Coffee Roaster is not just its meticulous selection of beans and roasting process, but also its understanding of the diversity of flavors. Mr. Pakorn believes that the best cup of coffee is the one in the drinker's hand.
